so the Exercise which I am providing is that which yogis follows till now as you know there is huge ice in the Himalayas and the yogis doest wear any clothing over them or we can say it negligible but they survive so its basically because they do this exercise

  1. Keep full breathing in and out in very low fashion do it for 10 times.
  2. Now keep your breathing in and out both in a second and do it for 10 seconds and now you will find that it produced a lot of energy to you.
  3. So now for the first day do it s much you can do it simply you can do without making any pressure to it.
  4. As the blood is circulating in your body if it keeps going simply without any hurdles(disturbance)  then the person can't be overweight or underweighted.
  5. So when you pull breathing out with pressure then it makes pressure in the way fro where the blood circulates in the body so if there is any unwanted thing then it comes out and now all the path is clean so now if you keep it up you will be slim and healthy.
  6. It will also impact your mind as it keeps cleaning so now you have a vacuum cleaner apply that makes yourself healthy.
